Oh I am dying to know what the future holds for us!  Today Jamin took us both to Kalimantan, Indonesia to see what MAF life is like there.  Well, it was a virtual tour, but it felt almost like the real thing.  We watched videos, read blogs and checked out newsletters from several families serving the Lord with their talents in aviation.

We feel such a strong pull to Indonesia, though it's hard to explain why.  We'd love to be there tomorrow.  Forget all these years of moving around the country getting more training, more miles on the car, and struggling to maintain our vision throughout it all.  It's hard to be patient.  It's hard to not really know where we'll end up and how we'll get there.

We ended our little tour by praying for those missionaries and for our future.  We're scared and excited all at the same time.  Isn't that how the great men of God felt in the Bible?  Both thrilled to be God's tool and also a little frightened of what He might ask them to do?

We'd appreciate your prayers for us.  Even though we have a plan laid out for the next few years in order to get the very necessary training, we were reminded in an email from NTM this past week of how quickly and drastically that plan might change.  It's uncertain to us, but God knows it from the beginning.
